50% deposit upfront, the rest is due upon dropping off your dog for boarding.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Boarding typically books out 3-6 months in advance.

We do not prorate any late drop offs or early pick ups.

There is an additional $50 per day price increase on holidays.

A’ la carte days do not include a private lesson or group class.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated with printed vaccination records provided upon drop off.

All equipment must be purchased by the time you pick up your dog in time for your training session. Please see the necessary equipment here: Equipment

We have over 10 years of combined experience. All clients' dogs are covered by our insurance once they sign all intake forms.

All of our trainers undergo standardized training to become experts in dog psychology and leash handling that lasts 3-6 months. All employees receive reviews every 3 months to ensure we consistently provide the highest quality training.

All of our programs come with a thorough training guide that includes a dictionary of all terms we use, links to videos and tutorials, and written guides for any technique we teach in lessons.

Once a program is completed, clients have life-time access to their trainer to ask any questions or request additional information to aid in their continued training outside of our lessons.

All of our programs come with at least one free group class of your choice where you can experience our training in a group setting with other pack members, or have supervised socialization with other dogs.
